Easy to edit metadata
FUGA’s web interface will make entering metadata for each release a breeze. It validates the metadata as you type it, saving you from making mistakes, like entering double ISRC codes or forgetting to add the ‘Genre’. So much easier than using a spreadsheet.
Built-in label copy system
Generate a printable label copy version directly from FUGA, or share it with others by sending them a link. Label copy is generated from your metadata, so it is always up-to-date. Bye, bye to sending label copy documents in emails.
Territorial behavior
Specify your territorial licensing rights and FUGA will make sure that you only deliver content to those stores you have licensing rights for.
Always know where your music is
With FUGA you will always know where your music is: You can keep track of your deliveries per product or per store. FUGA will give you up to the minute information and it will also notify you by email when your deliveries are ready.

If you make a change to the metadata, FUGA will detect it and redeliver your product to the affected online stores. It can’t be easier!
Reuse your existing tracks in compilations
Clone your existing releases and add tracks from your asset catalog to create “exclusive versions” of your products. Or start from scratch and create a compilation from the tracks you have in your catalog. No re-uploading or re-entering of metadata is necessary, making the creation of a compilation a super-fast process.
Socialize
Connect with promotional partners and online stores via FUGA. Invite them to have a look, and listen to, your catalog. It’s a mini social network for your digital music business. Browse the FUGA network to find out who’s connected to FUGA and invite them to view your catalog and sign a distribution deal with you.
Ultra-fast delivery
Deliver to many stores in one go, and have your file sent by FUGA immediately. No batches or waiting until the end of the week. Your tracks and metadatda will be sent as fast as you can say ‘click’. Most of our connected stores will receive the files within a few hours.
Create a release schedule, sit back and relax
If you don’t work too close to the bone, in terms of release dates, you can let FUGA do all the heavy lifting for you. Create a release schedule and decide when the files will be sent, and when the stores can sell your product to the public. You can also create exclusive products (delivered only to some stores) and exclusive release periods (earlier release date for some stores). Once you activate the release schedule, FUGA will take care of the rest, and keep you informed by email.
Bulk catalog delivery
FUGA also lets you deliver multiple products in one operation. Or all your products, for that matter. Let FUGA calculate what can be sent to a store and have your entire catalog delivered to one store. This feature is ideal for sending all your back catalog to a store you just signed, or, if you’re a distributor, to deliver the complete catalog of a label you just signed.
Transcode
Part of the FUGA service is that we also transcode your content into the preferred format of each digital service you deliver to. This also includes delivering multiple formats (eg WAV + MP3 320s) to those services that require this. There is no additional cost for deliveries that include multiple file transcode formats.
Contact details of the DSPs
As soon as you sign up to FUGA we will provide you with a list of the appropriate contact details of all the digital services connected to FUGA that you want to sign a direct deal with. Also we would be happy to personally introduce you to any specific DSP you would like to sign a deal with.
New Digital Services
We will also connect any new service (including aggregators) currently not connected to FUGA free of charge that you would like to deliver your content to. All we would need is an introduction from your side to the correct person from the digital service and we would begin the interfacing process.
The Officer and Royalty Share
You can already export your meta-data from FUGA in The Officers and Royalty Shares xml format. This can then be very easily imported into the Officers or Royalty Shares web interface. We currently have a large distributors on the platform successfully doing this.
Content Ingestion
There are various ways you can get your content into FUGA. Quite a few of the labels using FUGA have complied to the FUGA meta-data in xml format requirements and FTP both the WAV files, cover art and meta-data in xml directly into their FUGA catalog on an on-going basis. If you do not have the capacity to meet our xml requirements, what we recommend is FTP-ing the WAV files into FUGA and then entering the meta-data directly into the FUGA user-interface.
Content back-ups
We can also configure FUGA so that you will receive a copy via FTP of each delivery you initiate from FUGA . This means that you will have an up-to-date and nicely packaged as per the FUGA delivery specifications copy of each release in a directory on your server.
Music Video delivery
You can deliver your Music Videos with FUGA to any digital service that accepts music video content – such as iTunes, YouTube and Muzu.tv.
iTunes Pre-order and Digital Booklet delivery
FUGA is authorised by iTunes to deliver iTunes Pre-Order releases and Digital Booklets.
